• Refund within the 60 days: send your order number. That is all we need. Used is fine and there is nothing to ship back.
• It is not picking up the hair: tell us what fabric it is on and what kind of hair, and we will tell you what usually helps. If it still does not work for you, we refund you.
• Where is my order: most orders arrive in 6 to 14 days. Send your order number and we will check the tracking for you.
