30-Day Returns

If something isn't quite right, you can return unworn, unwashed items with tags within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

How it works

1. Email us at info@berrasshapewear.com with your order number.
2. We send you a return label and instructions.
3. Once we receive your return, your refund is processed within 5-7 business days.

For hygiene reasons, final-sale items and worn intimates cannot be returned.
