We may cancel an order, for example where fraud is suspected, where a price is clearly wrong or where an item is no longer available. If we cancel an order, you receive a full refund.

4. Processing and delivery

When your order is dispatched, you receive a shipping confirmation email, with a tracking link where the carrier provides one. Please check your delivery address carefully, as we cannot be responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address.
