How to follow your order

Order confirmation
After you place an order we send a confirmation email. Use the link in that email to see your order status at any time.

Shipping confirmation
When your order is dispatched we send a shipping confirmation email. If your parcel has a tracking number, the email includes a link to follow it.

Can’t find the emails?
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If they are not there, contact us with your order number and the email address you used at checkout.
